Tewksbury Conservation Commission Approves DPW Livingston Street Stormwater Permit
TEWKSBURY — April 22, 2026 — Tewksbury Conservation Commission unanimously approved a DPW stormwater permit and ratified three emergency certifications at its April 22 meeting. The commission cleared a notice of intent for the town Department of Public Works covering Livingston Street right-of-way improvements, DEP File No. 305-1228, after engineer Kevin Carter of GCG Associates confirmed he had addressed all outstanding state DEP comments — including stormwater handbook checklist updates and HydroCAD velocity computations — without any design changes. Three emergency certifications were ratified covering a water main break at 20 Newton Ave., a collapsed sewer pipe at 306 Trull Road, and a failed Title 5 septic connection at 640 South Street. Three other applications — Kazanjian Enterprises at 2512 Main Street, Nicole Smallidge at 21 Virginia Road, and AJM Construction at 1325 Main Street — were continued to the May 13 meeting at applicants' requests. The commission also voted to appoint a member identified only as Linda as its new Community Preservation Committee designee, replacing the outgoing member.
